Sustainability is also an important consideration in design today. We have done our share of renovation/reuse projects. One project was a repurposing of a 64,000 SF vacated department store into a multi-tenant shopping center including satellite classrooms for the county school system and a 12,300 SF wedding banquet hall complete with kitchen facilities.
